AskDouglas.com is a gift suggestion website. Its uses information provided through a personality questionnaire to recommend
gifts that best suit the gift recipient. As an extra service AskDouglas.com searches the internet for the best prices of
suggested gifts and provides web links to merchant providers.

Does AskDouglas sell anything?

AskSDouglas.com is a gift suggestion site, we do not sell anything. AskDouglas.com does not stock, sell or deal with any
product you buy through recommended merchants.

The product/price is doesn’t match the merchant site?

AskDouglas.com periodically refreshes its product/price listings. Sometimes events such as, inaccurate information from
merchants or merchants changing their prices before the next product/price update will cause discrepancies. AskDouglas.com
cannot vouch for the accuracy of the price advertised by the merchants.

I have a problem with my order/product

AskDouglas.com is focused on suggesting gifts. It is not a merchandise store and does not sell any products itself. If you have purchased a product through one of our merchant partners, you will need to contact them directly to resolve any problems.

I have received a different product to the one listed on AskDouglas.com

If you have spotted an error on the site, we will be very grateful if you report the error and we will have it corrected as soon
as possible.

We do list thousands of products and try out best to give the most accurate information. The error could be caused, either by
incorrect information given to us by the merchant or a technical error on the site, but as on our terms of use, to always check
the product specs on the site you are buying from. If the product you received was different to the one on the site you made
your purchase from, please contact the merchant directly.

I have a question about a particular product

How does the product rating work?

AskDoulgas.com sends out a review email when a user purchases a product through our merchant partners. The rating is the percentage of positive versus negative reviews for the suggested product.

Do sellers ship to international locations?

AskDoulgas.com selects merchants form various geographic locations. Many of these merchant ship internationally. Please
contact the individual merchants to see the shipping options.

How do I get a product manual for my product?

Contact the merchant or manufacturer for any product information.
